He has served as the Energy Supervision Manager at OSINERGMIN (Supervisory and Regulatory Agency for Electricity, Hydrocarbons, and Mining), Chairman of the Dumping, Subsidies, and Non-Tariff Trade Barrier Elimination Commission at INDECOPI (Competition, Consumer Protection, and Intellectual Property Agency), a member of the Ad Hoc Dispute Resolution Body of OSIPTEL (Telecommunications Regulatory and Supervisory Agency), Supervision and Oversight Manager at SUNASS (Regulatory and Supervisory Organization for Water and Sanitation Services), Chief of Economic Studies at the Regulation Management of OSITRAN (Supervisory and Regulatory Agency for Public Use Transportation Infrastructure), and Analyst at the Competition Commission of INDECOPI.

Currently, he serves as the Director of Electricity and Hydrocarbons Projects at the Private Investment Promotion Agency in Peru - PROINVERSION.
