Sébastien Mousseau joined AtkinsRéalis in 2006. He is a member of the Engineering Services Canada management team as Senior Vice-President, Head of Operations & Capabilities, Canada, where he focuses on consulting, engineering, and design services, as well as project and program management for the Transportation, Cities and Development, Industrial, Power and Renewables, and Life Sciences markets.

Drawing on his international experience, Sébastien also leads the global growth of AtkinsRéalis's Power and Renewables market. He recently held the position of Senior Vice-President, Power, Grid, and Industrial Solutions. Prior to that, he held various management positions on a range of major hydroelectric projects in Canada, including Eastmain-1-A, Lower Churchill and Site C Clean Energy.

Sébastien holds a doctorate in civil engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke. He is a licensed professional engineer in British Columbia, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association de l'industrie électrique du Québec and the Conseil du Patronat du Québec.
