Joanne McCall is a Senior Leader with nearly 30 years of experience in infrastructure, across a range of sectors in the transportation market in Canada, the US, and internationally. Her experience has reached across bridges and highways, ports, tunnels, rail and transit. She specializes in development, capture, and delivery of major infrastructure projects.

Joanne earned her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from McGill University, and holds an MBA from Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

As Transport Sector Lead at Mott MacDonald, Joanne is instrumental in fostering growth of the team in the Canadian market, focusing on development, capture, and delivery of major infrastructure projects, as well as ventures into new services and emerging markets. A current passion is her executive leadership of the design development and delivery of the Scarborough Subway Extension in Toronto.
