                                                    Johanne, recognized as a leader in the field of capital project structuring and implementation, will deliver Opening Remarks on Day 2, Tuesday, October 28.
She is the National Capital Projects and Infrastructure Leader of PwC Canada and has advised public and private sector clients on some of Canada's defining infrastructure investments in the utilities, transportation and urban infrastructure sectors, including the multibillion-dollar financing for Nalcor Energy, the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC), the TORONTO 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Athletes' Village, Iqaluit Airport and the City of Saint John Safe Clean Drinking Water Program.
Johanne has more than 25 years of experience advising on projects across the country, supporting her clients from project strategy to governance straight through to close out and restructuring. She has deep experience developing value creation and alternative funding strategies for infrastructure and has had the privilege of advising on multiple contracting structures including P3s, collaborative contracting and concessions.
She has served as a director of The Canadian Council for Public Private Partnerships since 2010. In December 2022, she was named Chair of the Council after serving since 2016 as Vice President at Large (2016-2020) and Vice Chair (2021-2022).
In addition, she is a director and past president of the Institut pour les partenariats public-privé du Québec and former Chair of the Board of Myeloma Canada. Johanne has a B.Comm in Finance from Concordia University and an MBA in International Business from McGill University.
