Head of Torys’ PPP practice and co-head of the firm’s Infrastructure and Energy practice, he has advised on major capital projects across Canada, including more than 80 significant PPP projects.
Mark has represented all principal stakeholders in such transactions, including sponsors, equity investors, lenders, arrangers and underwriters, contractors, service providers and public authorities, giving him a broad perspective to offer practical and effective solutions balancing public and private interests and risks to meet project goals.
His experience spans all fields, including complex and innovative PPP and infrastructure transactions in health care, power, transit, telecom, education, justice, gaming, water and wastewater, pipelines, public records and urban redevelopment.
