She also revamped the internship program, ensuring it offers a balanced mix of practical work experience, educational opportunities, and exposure to the experts at aNd, all while aligning with our clients’ ever-changing needs. Silvana’s implementation of efficient processes and workflows has streamlined team functionality, and she has equipped team members with the right tools, resources, and technology to better serve our clients. Notably, she sourced and implemented Wrike, a project management application that has become integral to keeping our projects on schedule and clients up to date with regular progress reports.
Silvana graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University in 2019, achieving a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality and Tourism Management (with Honours), and making the Dean’s List twice is a bonus.
