Polly is a dynamic event manager with a global outlook, bringing her expertise from Hong Kong’s corporate event scene to Canada. With a degree in Social Sciences and a strong foundation in marketing, she has executed seminars, workshops, roadshows, and incentive trips with ease.

Now based in Toronto, Polly leads planning and execution at aNd Logistix, managing events end to end—from sourcing venues and vendors to overseeing logistics and stakeholder coordination. She’s spearheaded major conferences including CASLA, CCPPP, IBAO, and the CARSTAR & Driven Brands Annuals.

Polly also excels in registration strategy. She led registration for the Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy Conference and IBAO Convention, playing a key role in implementing Swoogo and streamlining the delegate experience.

Known for her forward-thinking mindset, she stays ahead of industry trends and brings innovative solutions to every project. Outside of work, Polly enjoys painting, and trying new restaurants.

Polly is fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, making her a skilled communicator across cultures.
