Heena operates where structure meets storytelling. With a background in data analytics, she made the switch to events—not just for the logistics, but for the people, the patterns, and the experiences that make every detail worth it.

At MCI, she dived deep into the minds of Gen Z and Millennials through surveys and interviews to understand what actually draws them to events—and what keeps them coming back. Before that, she worked as a research assistant at Humber College, analyzing trends in the events space and learning how to turn data into something real, practical, and meaningful.

Now at aNd Logistix, Heena brings that same blend of logic and empathy to every project—keeping things organized, intentional, and people-first.
And when she’s not behind the scenes, you’ll probably find her on a yoga mat or behind her camera, capturing people and emotions.
