We go beyond the fluff of pretty linens and party favors. We have worked in many unique settings and various outdoor venues throughout Canada, the United States and the Caribbean.
We set timelines and work with a project management system to ensure that all deadlines are met on time and within budget.
We analyze all risk factors and put together a risk management plan to ensure safety.

Our full-time staff includes individuals who have worked extensively together as a team on a number of complex and challenging projects. We will put together a project management team, drawn from a group of professionals with expertise in all areas of event planning including a designer for creativity, a logistics manager who is an expert in dealing the movement of large amounts of people and a project manager with over 20 years of experience in special events.
