Hanna Mlotek

Hanna serves as aNd Logistix’s financial controller. With a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, she has successfully completed courses at York University for Accounting and Computer Programming. Her computer skills include, Simply Accounting, QuickBooks, Client Strategist, Word, Excel and New Views.
Sandra DaMota, CMP

A calm and steady influence in times of crises, Sandra’s critical thinking helps our clients focus on their event and it’s bottom-line with careful budgeting and thorough contract negotiations. As main liaison, Sandra maintains strong relationships with our clients by providing comprehensive advice and guidance to meet their needs.

Following an extensive career in advertising and film production, Jan has worked in the conference and special events industry since 1985. Her experience includes conference management and administration, incentive programs, special event co-ordination and production; destination management projects, trade show management, volunteer management and large-scale transportation and shuttle service planning.
Megan St. Amour

Megan is the lead of venue sourcing and RFPs at aNd and provides guidance and support to the team by overseeing project tasks to ensure deadlines are met. During her time with aNd, she has established meaningful relationships with clients by identifying their needs and ensuring that their expectations have been exceeded. Megan has a true knack for motivating teams and understanding individual needs.
Candace Preston, CMP

Candace leaves a lasting impression, whether it’s interacting with attendees onsite or contributing fresh and unique ideas to our team brainstorming sessions. Candace has a broad depth of experience from planning to onsite execution of our various events and projects. She jumps in to support in every facet of our planning process, and onsite you can count on her to be running around with a smile on.

Since joining the aNd team in 2019, Madi has managed registration for both virtual and in-person programs for up to 1500 attendees. Her positive attitude and pleasant manner have helped her establish friendly relationships with the many clients, delegates and suppliers she meets on-site, online and via the telephone.
