Dana Zita is the president of aNd Logistix and a true team leader who is well known throughout the industry for her ability to continually improve event management. She has been creating successful events for clients worldwide for more than 20 years with aNd Logistix. Dana leads her team of experts with the desire to create the ultimate event for her clients. She is a creative professional who excels at successfully matching budgets and timelines with clients’ goals.

Hanna serves as aNd Logistix’s financial controller. With a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, she has successfully completed courses at York University for Accounting and Computer Programming and has recently completed the CPA Canada Advanced Certificate in Accounting and Finance Program (ACAF). Her computer skills include, MYOB, Simply Accounting, QuickBooks, Client Strategist, Word, Excel and New Views.

Following an extensive career in advertising and film production, Jan has worked in the conference and special events industry since 1985. Her experience includes conference management and administration, incentive programs, special event co-ordination and production; destination management projects, trade show management, volunteer management and large-scale transportation and shuttle service planning.

With over 12 years of conference and event management experience, Rachel is always exploring ways to automate and simplify event processes to maximize efficiency for our clients. A calm and steady influence in times of crises, her critical thinking helps our clients focus on their event and it’s bottom-line.

Dedicated, detail-oriented and creative, Sara is known for her genuine, collaborative nature and professional approach. She takes pride in exceeding expectations and developing and maintaining longstanding relationships with clients and colleagues. Sara earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and History from Trent University and has been working in the event industry for 14 years.

Upon joining our team in the spring of 2016, Megan enthusiastically jumped right in to co-lead registration for the Canadian Council for Public and Private Partnerships’ National Conference. Leveraging her post-graduate diploma in Event Management and onsite experience with aNd, having her join the team was an easy-decision made.

A team player who works collaboratively, and effectively communicates with all levels of the team, Katie uses her administrative and organizational skills to ensure everything runs smoothly. She adapts quickly to whatever is asked of her, being equally comfortable running around on-site as she is cross-checking excel sheets in the office.

Jess’ goal is it to make everyone’s job easier. She began working on our events part time in 2016 and fell in love with the spirit of aNd. After being welcomed as a member of our In-Office Team she had the opportunity to take part in many different aspects of the registration and planning process. Proving she can make the team’s job easier from the office to onsite, she has since taken on the role as a Planning and Registration Associate.

As part of our preparation and onsite team, Sasha is an integral part of our registration department. Sasha joined us more than 15 years ago as a part -time student helper assisting with stuffing name badges and preparing our onsite kits. She is our name badge guru and keeps our team on our toes, always ensuring our name badges and registration set ups are perfect before we get onsite to greet attendees.

Methodical, driven and all-round nice; are just a few reasons why we chose Bridget as our Intern this year. Bridget's interest in event planning began at a young age; she has since been the go-to girl for planning her friends' parties and other various events. After completing a co-op placement at the Sunnybrook Foundation, she decided to pursue a career in events and has since completed the Special Events Planning program as well as Business Marketing at George Brown College.

Korrina is our “hub central” Customer Service Assistant. Her experience working in member services for a large Canadian association mixed with her good natured spirit makes her our perfect ambassador of friendliness and service. Her ability to communicate in both English and French is vital to developing and maintaining solid working relationships with all our clients and conference attendees.
