Dana Zita is the president of aNd Logistix and a true team leader who is well known throughout the industry for her ability to continually improve event management. She has been creating successful events for clients worldwide for more than 20 years with aNd Logistix. Dana leads her team of experts with the desire to create the ultimate event for her clients. She is a creative professional who excels at successfully matching budgets and timelines with clients’ goals.

Hanna serves as aNd Logistix’s financial controller. With a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, she has successfully completed courses at York University for Accounting and Computer Programming and is currently working on obtaining her accounting certification. Her computer skills include, MYOB, Simply Accounting, QuickBooks, Client Strategist, Word, Excel and New Views.

Following an extensive career in advertising and film production, Jan has worked in the conference and special events industry since 1985. Her experience includes conference management and administration, incentive programs, special event co-ordination and production; destination management projects, trade show management, volunteer management and large-scale transportation and shuttle service planning.

With over 12 years of conference and event management experience, Rachel is always exploring ways to automate and simplify event processes to maximize efficiency for our clients. A calm and steady influence in times of crises, her critical thinking helps our clients focus on their event and it’s bottom-line.

Dedicated, detail-oriented and creative, Sara is known for her genuine, collaborative nature and professional approach. She takes pride in exceeding expectations and developing and maintaining longstanding relationships with clients and colleagues. Sara earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and History from Trent University and has been working in the event industry for 14 years.

Minah's upcoming projects as Lead Project Coordinator include managing all additional meetings for the Ontario Centres of Excellence Discovery show and the coordination of Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy conferences in three cities (Toronto, Calgary and Quebec). Minah has recently coordinated and supervised registration for the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships’ National Conference, including their offsite special events.

Upon joining our team in the spring of 2016, Megan enthusiastically jumped right in to co-lead registration for the Canadian Council for Public and Private Partnerships’ National Conference. Leveraging her post-graduate diploma in Event Management and onsite experience with aNd, having her join the team was an easy-decision made.

An enthusiastic self-starter, Jess is the newest member of the team. After working part-time on our events last year, she quickly fell in love with the spirit of aNd and the work we do. She has since joined us on a full-time basis providing logistical support for the entire team.

Korrina is our “hub central” Customer Service Assistant. Her experience working in member services for a large Canadian association mixed with her good natured spirit makes her our perfect ambassador of friendliness and service. Her ability to communicate in both English and French is vital to developing and maintaining solid working relationships with all our clients and conference attendees.

Jennifer is on a work exchange program from France. As a master’s degree student from the Business School of La Rochelle, she is putting her logistical planning talents to the test here in Canada. With an outgoing personality and an existing events background, Jennifer is ready to contribute fresh and innovative ideas.
