She has been creating successful events for clients worldwide for more than 20 years with aNd Logistix. Dana leads her team of experts with the desire to create the ultimate event for her clients. She is a creative professional who excels at successfully matching budgets and timelines with clients’ goals.

Hanna serves as aNd Logistix’s financial controller. With a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, she has successfully completed courses at York University for Accounting and Computer Programming and has recently completed the CPA Canada Advanced Certificate in Accounting and Finance Program (ACAF). Her computer skills include, MYOB, Simply Accounting, QuickBooks, Client Strategist, Word, Excel and New Views.

Following an extensive career in advertising and film production, Jan has worked in the conference and special events industry since 1985. Her experience includes conference management and administration, incentive programs, special event co-ordination and production; destination management projects, trade show management, volunteer management and large-scale transportation and shuttle service planning.

Sara earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and History from Trent University and has been working in the event industry for 14 years.

As Lead Project Coordinator, Megan’s recent projects consisted of managing all additional meetings for the Ontario Centres of Excellence Discovery show and the coordination of Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy conferences in three cities (Toronto, Calgary and Quebec). In working with the aNd team for 3 years, she has gained extensive experience in coordinating events of 1000 + attendees, all the while guiding her team with heart and might.

Candace leaves a lasting impression whether its interacting with the attendees onsite or contributing unique ideas to our team brainstorming. Over the past couple of years, Candace has participated in a wide array of events and projects where she has showcased her organization skills, strategic thinking and professionalism. In her most recent project as lead of registration for the OCE Discovery Conference she managed inquires and collected payments for over 3600 attendees.

Jess’ goal is it to make everyone’s job easier. She began working on our events part time in 2016 and fell in love with the spirit of aNd. After being welcomed as a member of our In-Office Team she had the opportunity to take part in many different aspects of the registration and planning process. Proving she can make the team’s job easier from the office to onsite, she has since taken on the role as a Planning and Registration Associate.

In coordinating events of 1-2000 attendees in various locations, she has gained a strong understanding of event logistics. Throughout the years, she has built strong bonds with both clients and vendors.

As part of our preparation and onsite team, Sasha is an integral part of our registration department. Sasha joined us more than 15 years ago as a part -time student helper assisting with stuffing name badges and preparing our onsite kits. She is our name badge guru and keeps our team on our toes, always ensuring our name badges and registration set ups are perfect before we get onsite to greet attendees.

Shawn worked for aNd Logistix a few years ago as part of our onsite squad and recently re-joined the team full-time. Her genuine excitement to learn and be a part of the execution of an event is a natural motivator. Her self-proclaimed OCD for organization and cleanliness keep productivity at its max by ensuring everyone has the right tools and information to get the job done right.

Korrina is our “hub central” Customer Service Assistant. Her experience working in member services for a large Canadian association mixed with her good natured spirit makes her our perfect ambassador of friendliness and service. Her ability to communicate in both English and French is vital to developing and maintaining solid working relationships with all our clients and conference attendees.
