She has been creating successful events for clients worldwide for more than 20 years with aNd Logistix. Dana leads her team of experts with the desire to create the ultimate event for her clients. She is a creative professional who excels at successfully matching budgets and timelines with clients’ goals.

Hanna serves as aNd Logistix’s financial controller. With a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, she has successfully completed courses at York University for Accounting and Computer Programming. Her computer skills include, Simply Accounting, QuickBooks, Client Strategist, Word, Excel and New Views.

A calm and steady influence in times of crises, Sandra’s critical thinking helps our clients focus on their event and it’s bottom-line with careful budgeting and thorough contract negotiations. As main liaison, Sandra maintains strong relationships with our clients by providing comprehensive advice and guidance to meet their needs.

Following an extensive career in advertising and film production, Jan has worked in the conference and special events industry since 1985. Her experience includes conference management and administration, incentive programs, special event co-ordination and production; destination management projects, trade show management, volunteer management and large-scale transportation and shuttle service planning.

Since joining the aNd team in 2019, Madi has managed registration for both virtual and in-person programs for up to 1500 attendees. Her positive attitude and pleasant manner have helped her establish friendly relationships with the many clients, delegates and suppliers she meets on-site, online and via the telephone.

As part of our preparation and onsite team, Sasha is an integral part of our registration department. Sasha joined us more than 15 years ago as a part -time student helper assisting with stuffing name badges and preparing our onsite kits. She is our name badge guru and keeps our team on our toes, always ensuring our name badges and registration set ups are perfect before we get onsite to greet attendees.

Sara earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and History from Trent University and has been working in the event industry for 14 years.
