A Presidential themed dinner
was the highlight of the NEXTEL 2003 South Region Public
Sector summit. A few stressful moments during set-up as the
winds just weren't getting along very well with the
centrepieces. The team was set to work trying methods such
as sand, duct tape and a hand saw. Success was finally
achieved when we got the fishing line out. Every onsite kit
should have some! |

The annual IDA program was
packed with compelling speakers who entertained and
influenced the audience with their knowledge and experience.
With the assistance of Beatriz, speakers arrived in New
Brunswick in anticipation for another great event. Special
audio visual requirements, room set up, presentation review
and accommodation were in place for the arrival of the
speakers which ensured a happy and stress free experience
for our industry specialists. |

When you have the chance to capture an e-mail address - DO IT!
E-mail is a highly valuable marketing tool that works best when you
build an in-house list. Have folks sign up for an e-mail newsletter.
As you collect business cards, ask if you may e-mail information.
Take every opportunity you can to collect an address.

Registration - The Benefits !!
Over 95% of our clients request and use our online registration
method. We have continuously shown our clients how beneficial online
registration is in terms of time, money and convenience. Once they
use online registration, they never go back to the old days of faxes
and over the phone registrations!
1. Oftentimes, clients need to limit the number of attendees to an
event. With the old manual method, there was no easy way to track
this. With online registration, you can set limits to events,
seminars, and workshops. Once you have reached the limit, a
notification will advise potential registrants that registration is
full.

database to view any registration, the minute they happen!
